As CrossFit Games athletes, Marnie Sykes and Bayley Martin understand firsthand what it takes to compete at the highest level. Nearly every trainings session demands high levels of stress, load and intensity, leaving the body sore, fatigued and at times inflamed.

Alongside the physical demands, eventually another issue become clear.

Marnie began noticing that her skin was reflecting the same fatigue her body was feeling. Long training days, stress, travel, and environmental exposure left her skin looking tired, dull and depleted, with increasing visible lines.

With these combined challenges, Marnie and Bayley sought a solution that could support muscle recovery while also revitalising the skin, efficiently, effectively and without adding complexity to their already hectic schedules.

Thats when they turned to red light therapy and ultimately, the creation of Glow.
