Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on all Glow orders.
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.
Orders shipping to New Zealand may incur shipping charges at checkout depending on location and order size.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and seasonal demand.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Glow is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Orders placed using Afterpay, ZipPay, Klarna, or other approved instalment payment providers will be processed and dispatched as normal once payment approval has been confirmed. Standard processing and shipping timeframes still apply.
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders as efficiently as possible, Glow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
